We are pleased with our new furnace, and are glad we agreed to the one Todd said was right for our size house. He explained all of the furnaces to us, but was helpful when we finally made our choice.

The installation crew of two was super. They were experienced and worked hard. We don’t think they even took a lunch break that day. They enclosed the furnace closet on the service porch with Johns Manville aluminum-covered siding which we did not have the first 50 years in this house (the life of our first furnace).

The installers covered their shoes when they came into the house and kept the litter to a minimum. Before they left the house they brought in a vacuum cleaner and vacuumed the floors in the areas where they had worked. The little bit of litter they left on the floor after the installation was minimal, and the floors were clean when they left. They hauled away the old furnace for which we were grateful.

We knew we had a good installation, and the furnace works very well. When the inspector from the Fire Department came to inspect the installation he commented on the good installation we had. A few days later the Building and Safety inspector came and he commented also on the excellent installation.

Thanks to all on your staff who contributed to the good feeling we have now about our furnace and the wonderful way it was installed. Our neighbors who asked if we were having furnace problems when they saw the truck in our driveway that day can hardly believe what they see when they come into the house to see the installation.

I recently purchased a furnace from Coastal Comfort. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The sales representative, Mike, was courteous and knowledgeable and I enjoyed talking over my plans with him. I was impressed with his thorough measurement of every room in the house to calculate my heating requirements. Having decided on which model I wanted, the installation was scheduled quickly, in and out in less than two and half hours they did a great job, including full sound proofing of the heater closet. Once again, they were neat and courteous, to the point of wearing shoe covers prior to entering the house. A clean work site and polite follow up to ensure my satisfaction concluded the job. We had an aging and inefficient gas furnace, installed in 1972, and well past its service life. We also had a mold and mildew accumulation that, according to our family doctor, reduced our immunity to germs and viruses, causing frequent colds and sinus problems.

We purchased a sate-of-the-art Bryant furnace from Coastal Comfort. The new unit has a micro-filter, UV and ozone filtration. The new furnace was completely installed in only one day, along with scrubbing of all air ducts.

We now have a mold and mildew-free home, and we are notably more healthy. The new Bryant is much more efficient, delivering more heat for each dollar spent on our gas bill.

My husband and I would like to compliment you and your employees for a job well done. Our home is cool and comfy, and the installation certainly cam at the right time now that our hot weather has finally arrived.

We were very impressed with Karl’s presentation of your heating and air conditioning services. He was thorough in his inspection of our home an his recommendations for the unit that would best service our home.

I work out of our home, in a large bonus room located above our three-car garage. Even though we had a new furnace and air conditioner installed about ten years ago, my office was never really comfortable. I had to set the thermostat at 72 degrees which “froze” my husband downstairs while in the family room and only made the office somewhat comfortable. Karl’s recommendation of 3 zones for our home, with a two-stage furnace (which was relocated to the attic) as well as all new ducting, some additional registers and returns, has proven quite efficient. My office is now very comfortable as is the rest of the house. Not only are we now breathing cleaner air because of the UV cleaner with ozone with the 1” carbon pack, but I can rest assured that my grandbabies are in a healthier environment.

As for the installers, I was very impressed with Bobby Montiel. He was always prompt and very meticulous, and he took the time to answer any questions I may have had. Tony, Steve and Sal were also hard workers and never complained about the tasks they had to perform in the attic, which was quite hot.

We will gladly recommend Coastal Comfort to anyone, and, in fact, we have already done so as my daughter and her husband purchased your filter with ozone.

Steve and Chris did an excellent job with the installation. Since purchasing our condo two years ago we have spent several cold winters. This year we are experiencing warmth and comfort. With the amount of allergies that we suffer the air purifying system is a great help. It makes the house seem so much cleaner and the air no longer seems stale. Steve spent extra time in explaining the new thermostat to us and it is very simple to use.

After ordering the new vent covers for the rest of the condo, we never expected that Steve would come back to do the installation, we were very happy he did.
