Jacki Bradbury-Guerrero
Co-Owner
Jacki has been in the heating and
air conditioning business since
1987. She started Coastal in 2001
with her sons. Her family and her
church are the top priorities in her
life. Her goal is to treat her valued
customers the way she would want
to be treated . . . with respect and
appreciation. Her past time is being
with her grandchildren and camping
with her husband and family. |
Gilbert Guerrero
Co-Owner
Gil retired after thirty years with
Frito-Lay. He joined the family
business in 2006 and brought with
him years of outstanding customer
service. His children and grand-
children are the light of his life. He
brings with him his Christian values
and hard-working ethics. He's
determined and fiesty! He loves to
play golf with his boys and eat
sushi with his wife and grandkids. |

Todd Bradbury
Sales/Marketing Team Leader
Todd has been in the HVAC trade
since before he was a teenager.
He proved himself while in school
in the warehouse, as an installer
and a technician. Upon graduation
with a degree in Business, he took
on his role as a leader and helped
startup and grow Coastal. He's
first and foremost a husband and
father (see wife and children below!)
Baseball and golf are his relaxation. |
Jason Bradbury
Office Team Leader
Jason (better known as JJ) has been
in the heating and cooling business
since elementary school. He grew
up sweeping the warehouse and
installing furnaces/air conditioners
through high school and college.
Like his brother, he also earned his
degree in Business and helped
start Coastal. He's leads our
installers with experience. He likes
to play golf, soccer and poker. |

Carina Bradbury
Marketing Leader
Carina was with us for Coastal's
startup. She started in HVAC
while still in high school and then
married the owner's son! She's
known for her friendly voice that
welcomes all our customers to
Coastal Comfort. She's also the
proud mother of the owner's two
wonderful grandchildren. She
feels that her proudest moments
are the births of her two children. |
Ruth Schneider
Team Spirit Leader
Ruth is really the start of Coastal
Comfort since she's Jacki's Mom!
She's Todd and JJ's grandmother
and Savannah and Nolan's great
grandmother. Ruth is also referred
to as Dr. Ruth since she has her
PhD and recently retired from being
a statistics teacher. Now she uses
all that energy motivating our team.
Ruth loves her family, volunteering
at her church and growing roses. |

James Ponzini
Field Team Leader
James came on board with Coastal
as an experienced service tech.
He helped us forge the way in
becoming not only a reputable
installation company but also as
a dependable service company.
After working for Coastal as a lead
service technician for several years
James moved inside and leads our
service department. He brings
experience, awesome enthusiasm. |
Leslie McDonald
Sales Leader
Leslie joined Coastal with many
years in the HVAC industry. She
does a great great job wherever
she's asked to be. She's known
to our customers for her voice that
welcomes them to Coastal Comfort.
She coordinates our sales team,
and she schedules and confirms
all our appointments. She's mother
to three boys and still maintains
her smile and spirit. |

Tony Alikhan
Installation Technician
Tony is one of Coastal's starting
installers. He is now our lead
installation technician. He has
been honored for being the top
installer in a national HVAC
organization bringing pride to our
company. Tony is known for his
ability to get the job done! He can
get in the tightest attics and no
job is too tough when he sets his
mind to getting it done. |
Matt Guerrero
Installation Technician
Matt grew up with Coastal Comfort.
He was working in the warehouse
during elementary and high school.
In high school he learned to weld
and became quite an expert at it.
After high school he worked with
his older brother on an installation
team. He's skilled and quick. He's
now married to his high school
sweetheart and the proud dad to
four dogs! |

Bobby Montiel
Service Technician
Bobby is one of Coastal's starting
technicians. He spent several years
as our lead installer and with his
great customer service skills moved
over to our service department. In
addition to his training and years
of experience, he brings his gift of
customer care. Bobby is a devoted
husband and father of two and
spends his leisure time with family
and coaching his son's teams.

Robert Robles
Service Technician
Robert brought years of experience
with him to Coastal. He always has
a smile and kind word. He truly
understands the meaning of customer
service. And he gets the job done.
He brings bi-lingual communication
to our service team. He has our
customer's needs at heart. Robert
is a devoted father of a beautiful
daughter. In his spare time, he likes
to dance on a local Salsa team! |

Savannah Bradbury
Team Sweetheart
Savannah is the daughter of Todd
and Carina. The owners, Jacki and
Gil, are referred to as "Mom-Mom"
and "Pop-Pop" by her. She's been
a part of Coastal since her birth,
spending the better part of her first
two years in her own special nursery.
She loves Mommy and Daddy and
her whole Coastal family. She's an
avid swimmer and attends Sonshine
Pre-school for her current education. |
Nolan Bradbury
Team Bat Boy
Nolan is the son of Todd and Carina
and again Jacki and Gil are the
proud grandparents . He's our team
"toughie" and is already competing
with his sister to run the show here
at Coastal. Don't let that sweet,
innocent smile fool you! Nolan loves
his Daddy and Mommy and his entire
Coastal family. He's an avid "wanna
be" swimmer and currently is hard
at work being a toddler! |
